No. While I find that art can be a powerful tool for tapping into deeper insights more quickly than traditional executive coaching models, it's not necessary for all engagements. When I do use art as a method, we still apply science-based coaching and leadership development tools throughout the process. As Albert Einstein famously said, "We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them."
