Meet Heather

Heather Gordon, Ph.D., has a passion for pushing the boundaries of what leaders think is possible. She is highly skilled at partnering with her clients to solve the most complex talent and organization problems with accurate, data-driven insights and creative, pragmatic recommendations. 

Clients praise Heather’s disarming approach and warm style. She delivers both inspiration and more challenging feedback in a way that’s supportive and motivating. 

Heather has worked inside every stage of company growth, from small, founder-led start-ups to large international companies. She developed executive coaching processes at two Fortune 500 companies and helmed strategic talent management at an international Fortune 100 company. In 2022, Heather was recognized as one of the Top 15 Coaches in Charlotte, N.C..

Heather holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Science and a M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a B.A. from the University of Tennessee Knoxville. She actively serves as an adjunct professor and guest lecturer at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and Queens University of Charlotte. 

When not doing what she loves at work, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband and two young boys, painting, volunteering with Girls on the Run, and going for runs outside as often as possible.
